General Information
How will I receive this product ?
All products on this site are DIGITAL PRODUCTS and you will be printing it yourself. You will receive a link to download your purchase via email. A physical item will not be shipped.
Once payment has been processed (usually within a few minutes), you will be able to download the file from the order confirmation page. You will also receive an email with a link to the file. Please look for an email called “Your download is ready”. Ensure that you provide the correct email address when ordering, and please check your spam folder.
Can I get a refund?
Since this is a digital product no refunds will be issued. But please let us know if you have any problems and We will do our best to help you out.
What type of printer can I use to print my files?
All printables are designed to be printed on your home printer or at a copy shop.
What software must I have to open the printable PDF file?
Most of our printables are PDF,JPG files contained in a zip folder to reduce file size. You will need to unzip these folders on a computer. This won’t work on a tablet or mobile phone.
Is there a limit as to how many times I can print out the file that I’ve purchased?
You can print it out as many times as you like!

Will the watermark show on my downloads and prints?
No, the watermark will not be visible on your downloads and prints. We use the watermark solely on our website to protect our products from being copied.
Where and how should I print my item?
All of our items are available as digital files which gives you the flexibility to print wherever you like and as many as you like (for personal use only). Our printables are formatted to be printed on any 8.5″ x 11″, 6″x9″…A4 sheet. You can print at home using a home printer, or you can have your items printed with a local print shop or online printing service.
